2. Services
YourSiteBuiltRight offers two Website Care Plan packages:
- Basic Care Plan: $40 per month
- Premium Care Plan: $120 per month
These plans provide ongoing website maintenance and support as detailed on our website.
3. Payment
The selected care plan package fee will be automatically deducted from your account on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize YourSiteBuiltRight to charge your payment method on file for the recurring amount of your selected package.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.
5. Cancellation
To cancel your Website Care Plan package, you must notify us at least one week before your next billing period. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@yoursitebuiltright.com. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the charge for the upcoming billing period being processed.
6. Modifications to Services and Prices
YourSiteBuiltRight reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the services provided with or without notice. Prices for all services are subject to change with notice.
7. Liability
YourSiteBuiltRight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. We strive to provide the highest quality service; however, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
